There was no chat button on the website. The “Help” and “Contact Us” links at the bottom of the site led me to a Help and Support page, where I found articles about common topics.
Once I realized I wasn’t going to get my answer there, I clicked another “Contact Us” button on the Help and Support page. That finally allowed me to open a chat box, but I was met with an automated response that could not answer my question, even when I tried phrasing it differently. I asked twice if I could speak to a live agent, but it just cycled me through the automated responses again. No matter what I did, it was a dead end. There was no email or phone number to call either.

I believe Betway has the potential to become a leading Canadian online casino, but it needs to make some adjustments first. I’d like to see a few more promotions for the casino with reasonable terms and conditions, and some effort put into resolving the technical issues with the site. Most importantly, it needs customer support. There should be real agents you can talk to via live chat, email, and preferably also a phone number.
