Is the Bovada VIP System Worth Climbing?
Is the Bovada VIP system worth climbing? No. I don’t think it is. Casino players must spend $1.66 million to have a “chance” of receiving a VIP invite. Even then, the rewards are not worth the amount of money you’re having to spend to get there.
Players must earn 5 million points to get a shot at an invite. Even if you held your points to get the best redemption rate, all that play will earn you $5,000. That’s it. The Welcome Bonus gives you an extra $100 in point redemptions and a deposit bonus that isn’t that spectacular. The Rewards Store isn’t much better. Most of the offers are tied to the poker room, and the cost of tournament tickets is quite steep.
The remaining rewards are not all that spectacular. You’ll get a few more promotions and some higher banking limits; no cashback, no rakeback, and no special prizes that make you feel like a true VIP.
If you’re a high-stakes or high-volume player, you could get a few minor rewards from this program, but they won’t come close in any way to offsetting the total cost. Personally, I’d opt for a site like BetOnline that gives you more concrete rewards and regular cashback. If you’re going to spend $1 million or more to get VIP status, you want a program that makes you feel like a VIP, and Bovada just isn’t it.
