JacksPay is a lesser-known online casino brand that offers a selection of high-quality games, lucrative promotions, and a well-structured VIP program. They also offer a large selection of fixed and progressive jackpot slots, suitable for all players.
In this JacksPay review, you’ll learn all about this veteran casino, from its catalog of games to its generous promotions. You’ll learn whether this casino really pays or if it’s just a joker.
My Experience at JacksPay
I tested JacksPay over three days to get a feel for how it operated. The layout was immediately recognizable as it is a Rival-powered online casino, and I’ve played at many in the past. The layout is very simple to navigate, making it easy to sign up and deposit. I deposited $25 with my Visa and then tested a variety of games. I didn’t claim a deposit bonus as I’m not fond of rollovers.
Over the next three days, I tested several slot titles, like Five Times Wins and Lone Star Longhorn Hold and Win. I also dabbled in a few table games, video poker, and Live Casino games.Unfortunately, luck wasn’t on my side, and I didn’t manage to run up my deposit. The site unexpectedly gave me $25 in free chips, but I was unable to run up.
Despite busting my deposit and free chip, I enjoyed playing at the site. However, there are areas that need improvement, particularly in site transparency, that must be addressed before I would play here again.
- Money Spent: $25
- Time Played: 6 Hours over 3 Days
- Earnings: -$25
- Browser/Device Used: Chrome / PC and Samsung A26 Smartphone
- Experience: Mostly Positive
- android / apple / windows
What we liked
- Large welcome bonus worth up to $6,000 fiat.
- All bonuses have a crypto boost component.
- Over 150 jackpot slots.
- Live Casino games are available.
- Well-structured VIP program available to all players.
What we didn’t like
- No responsible gambling tools.
- Severe lack of transparency on privacy and security.

Comparing JacksPay To Top Competitors
JacksPay falls somewhere in the middle when compared to other providers. For promotions, it is superior to sites like Bovada, offering larger welcome bonuses and healthy crypto boosts. Its gaming offerings fall behind those of many providers. Sites like BetOnline and Lucky Rebel have larger gaming libraries and more providers to choose from.
JacksPay’s Bonuses
JacksPay has a variety of lucrative online promotions, including a generous welcome bonus and unlimited deposit match bonuses. Additionally, the site offers boosts on all crypto deposits.
Other Bonuses and Promotions
Outside of the bonuses mentioned above, there’s also a monthly free chip promotion for new games. Each month, JacksPay spotlights a new game, and you can get a $25 free chip after making a minimum deposit of $25.
The promotion is announced two or three days before the new game’s release. Your free chip will have a 30x rollover and a 10x maximum cashout.
You can check out your available bonuses by clicking the View My Promotions button in the promotions section. When I checked my promotions, I saw a $25 free chip available.
It didn’t mention which promotion it was attached to, though, so I don’t know if it was a result of a current new-game promotion or an unadvertised bonus. This information would help with transparency.
How JacksPay’s Bonuses Compare to Other Operators
JacksPay’s bonuses are middle of the road when compared to other leading casinos. DuckyLuck and Las Atlantis offer similar promos with deposit boosts, but with higher rollovers.
Meanwhile, Wild Casino and Super Slots have done away with deposit boost in favor of free spin promos. The free chip at JacksPay is nice, but with 30x rollover, it does not compare to the no rollover on the spins at Wild or Super Slots.
JacksPay VIP / Loyalty Rewards
Jack’s Royal Club is the site’s VIP program open to all players. Here are some of the perks for all players:
- Weekly “Big Match” Bonus
- Weekly Crypto Rebates
- No Max Cashout Reload Bonuses
- Birthday Gifts
- Freeroll Tournament Access
Your status in the program is based on how often you deposit, as follows:
- Club Member – After first deposit
- Executive Member – Deposit once weekly
- High Roller – $5,000 in monthly deposits
- High Roller Elite – Invite only (at least $5,000 in monthly deposits)
As you move up levels, you can unlock additional perks that include:
- Weekly cashback insurance
- Special event free chips
- VIP concierge program
- Elite tournament access
- Elite-only games
- Larger weekly cashout limits (High Roller and up)
I like the layout of this program, as everyone gets at least some level of rewards. It also has a clearly defined progression path through High Roller. And the rewards are reasonable for each level, which is something that’s rarely seen. Other sites should take note of this program as a similar structure that would benefit many sites.

Banking Methods at JacksPay Casino
JacksPay offers fewer banking options than some US-facing casinos. They are a good option for those looking to use crypto, but fiat depositors will be limited.
Deposits
Your deposit options are credit cards and crypto. All options have a minimum of $25. Credit cards have a max limit of $1,000, while crypto has no limits.
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted, with MasterCard preferred. My initial Visa deposit failed, but after contacting my bank, I was able to deposit with my card. For those comfortable and experienced with crypto payments, they are the best option for hassle-free deposits.
Withdrawals
Your withdrawal options are limited to Bitcoin, wire transfers, and paper checks. Bitcoin is the clear winner, with a low $25 minimum withdrawal, no fees, and a processing time of 48 hours or less.
Check and wire transfers have high fees and the highest processing time I’ve seen for an online casino. I only suggest using them if you can’t use Bitcoin.
Also, be aware that the maximum you can cash out per week is $2,500. This will be frustrating for high rollers or those who hit a big win.

JacksPay’s Casino
JacksPay Casino has a slightly above-average selection of over 500 online casino games from 10 providers. The game layout is a bit simplistic, which is a staple of Rival-powered casinos. While you can find most games easily, the advanced filtering options are a bit limited, and adding them would improve navigation to some game types.
- Slot Games 800
- Table Games 28
- Specialty Games 39
- Live Dealer Games 16
- Video Poker 14
- Blackjack 11
JacksPay Slot Games
The majority of games at JacksPay are slots. You’ll find games from BetSoft,Rival, Dragon Gaming, WinGo!, and more. Games can be sorted by provider or by a handful of categories, such as Seasonal, Video Slots, Classic 3 Reel, and Popular.
One of the highlights of the slots section is the collection of jackpot slots. There are over 150 fixed and progressive jackpot games to choose from. Some games, like Diamond Rhino, have jackpots up to $200,000.
You’ll find a little bit of everything here, from classic slots to cluster pays games, and more. One thing that would improve gaming is more filtering options, such as filtering by theme or volatility. This would help players find games quickly.
Also, the site doesn’t offer demo play in any form, which is disappointing. I prefer to test games, particularly those with complex bonus features, to see how they play before committing money.

JacksPay Table Games
The table games section is a bit average, with only 28 games. You’ll find the basics like blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Tri Card Poker. I enjoyed Rolling Stack Blackjack as it has a myriad of side bets to keep things exciting.
There’s also a handful of exclusive table game titles here, including Dragon Blackjack Guaranteed Multiplier and European Roulette Deluxe.
The overall variety of games is less than that of some providers, but if you’re looking for the basics with a few fun variants, this will do the job.

JacksPay Live Dealer
The live casino is powered by Fresh Deck Studios. While not the largest providers, all games offer high-quality streaming with efficient dealers.
You can play live dealer blackjack, roulette, baccarat, and Casino Hold’em. Unfortunately, they don’t offer game shows, which is a drawback compared to sites like BetOnline.

JacksPay Video Poker
JacksPay offers seven variants of video poker from Rival. You’ll find single and multi-hand formats for Jacks or Better, Joker Poker, Tens or Better, Double Joker, Deuces Wild, Deuces and Jokers, and Aces and Faces.
Jacks or Better Multi-hand has the best RTP of the bunch at 99.54%. Personally, I prefer Aces & Faces Multi-hand because it offers a 99.26% RTP and big bonuses for four-of-a-kind hands.

JacksPay Casual Games
You’ll find a variety of casual and specialty games at JacksPay. There’s an entire section dedicated to crash games like Galaxy Crash and Touchdown Blitz. In the specialty games section, you’ll find Plinko, bingo, Keno, scratch cards, and casual games like mines.

JacksPay’s Mobile Experience
This is one of the few sites that I liked better on mobile than on desktop. JacksPay has a mobile-optimized design that works seamlessly in your web browser with no download required.
I played at JacksPay on my Samsung A26, and the simple layout translates better on mobile than on my desktop. The good thing about this is that the site will work well on most smartphones, including older devices.
Gameplay was very smooth overall. The initial load time for the Fresh Deck Studio live casino games was a little slower, but after that, games loaded quickly.
Safety and Security
Most online casinos are licensed through their parent company, which goes through all the hoops to obtain a gaming license for their casinos. JacksPay, however, is sited as having a license from Antillephone N.V. (No. 8048/JAZ). Anitllephone N.V. is a master licensor, which means it distributes licenses to many other casinos as well, but is not the owner of the site.
While this is less than ideal because it doesn’t exactly certify that JacksPay has met all the criteria, it’s better than being unlicensed.
JacksPay mentions using the latest security technology in their FAQ, but I was unable to verify what kind of security is employed on the site. The site also lacks many of the customary terms and conditions you see at most casinos. Terms and Conditions are a bare minimum, and the Privacy Policy is almost non-existent.
The site does not list any responsible gambling policies, nor are there profile settings to request limits or self-exclusion.
All of these factors lead me to urge caution when playing here and only deposit money you can afford to lose.
Customer Support Overview
I found JacksPay’s customer support superior to most sites. You can get help via a comprehensive help center, live chat, and email.
I was quite impressed by the help center, as it is much more comprehensive than what I’ve seen at most sites. Instead of generic answers, the site provides thorough responses and even tutorials on topics like cashing out or using crypto. Many questions can be answered in the help center.
If you need additional assistance, Live Chat is available 24/7. You’ll start with an interactive chatbot, but if you need a more human touch, agents are available. When I requested an agent, I was quickly connected, and they provided quick answers to my inquiries about future withdrawal options.
For less urgent matters, you can also reach out to support via email. Agents typically respond in 24 hours or less.

Nerd Note from our Nerd’s Notebook
Some WinGo games will look like copies of Bgaming slots. That’s because WinGo is BGaming’s US affiliate, and those games are just rebranded versions of popular Bgaming titles. They are not clones, but legitimate games.
Final Verdict
If you are a seasoned online gambler who knows the risks of playing offshore, JacksPay isn’t a bad option. If I were going just on the gaming and promotions, I would wholeheartedly do so. The gaming is solid, and the promotions are better than you’ll find at most sites, particularly for crypto players.
However, I can’t overlook the site’s lack of transparency. The site’s license isn’t exactly reputable and they do not offer Responsible Gambling tools. They also provide minimal information on security features and have limited withdrawal options.
Until the site improves its transparency, I recommend that you be very careful playing here. Only deposit money that you can afford to lose.

What Our Reviewers Are Saying
“JacksPay offers a quality selection of games from top providers like BetSoft and Fresh Deck Studios, and the promotions are generous. However, the lack of licensing and responsible gambling tools is a big red flag that should give players pause.” – Taylor S.
“JacksPay has some fantastic bonuses, and I really like that all bonuses have a crypto boost. That said, the lack of information regarding security and responsible gambling tools needs to be addressed if players are to trust them.” – Shaun S.
