After the Super Bowl, you may look for more football betting options and wonder, “What about the UFL?” "Can you bet on the UFL?” or “Is UFL betting worth it?”
You’ve reached the right page to find the answers. We’ve assembled some top United Football League betting sites and offer some tips to guide you through the league that keeps football going during the spring.
UFL betting proves a bit of a challenge if you haven’t been dialed in since day 1, but learning how to test of football betting skills is what makes the UFL such a good option.
Here are some sports betting sites we’ve assessed and rated for UFL betting, based on our criteria of factors football bettors look for:
BetUS is the quickest and most consistent sportsbook for UFL futures, especially for the league champion. BetUS puts up futures for the next year’s winner during the summer and updates them throughout the season.
We found no other site with futures listed as early as BetUS. Their futures listings are only a small part of the variety of UFL betting options. Look for player props as well as the standard spreads, moneylines, and totals.
BetUS is also a good website for football information, offering its own BetUS TV, which regularly provides tips, analysis, and predictions on key matchups for the week.
United Football League games may often get lost in the shuffle of the NBA and Major League Baseball at many sites. But, BetWhale gives the UFL good exposure in its lineup.
They make the UFL easy to find and provide tools for navigation, such as a search function for finding specific matchups, a Today panel for live games, and a Favorite feature that will pull up UFL games after a simple setting.
As one of the more established betting operations on the online landscape, Bovada knows what’s trending. And the UFL is one of their big hits. That’s why on any given game day, you are more likely to find more UFL betting markets at Bovada than at any other sportsbook.
And they play them up with opportunities like parlay boosters that have good odds and place you in the running for a special weekly prize draw when you bet them. You can also find UFL futures and live betting in the Bovada lineup, as well as the routine lines.
UFL props on individual player performances may be hard to come by at most sportsbooks. But, Sportsbetting.ag lists dozens of prop markets for almost every UFL game on game weekends, more than you are likely to find elsewhere.
Look for player props on yards, passes, completions, carries, and more at the site. It’s that type of variety – and their competitive numbers – that has kept me a member at Sportsbetting.ag for more than five years.
On any given UFL game day, you are likely to find more live or in-game betting at MyBookie than at any other site. They will put up some games that others don’t, and that’s helpful to wagerers who may not get a bet in before kickoff or may need to cover a bet when a surprise injury occurs.
And you often don’t need but one site to follow all the action; MyBookie is known for same-site live streaming of games.
Here’s a closer look at our favorite UFL sports betting sites and how they stack up against one another:

Our experts at Gambling Nerd put each gambling operation we review through a grading process that considers the most important factors to wagerers. Here are some of the elements I assessed for this UFL betting article:
Players seeking to wager on the UFL should have a full menu of betting options to choose from. The range of UFL betting varies more than NFL or college football markets, so I looked for sites with the most UFL options.
Banking at all sports betting sites should be convenient and easy to use. I always look for sites that provide good, fast withdrawal options as well as deposit choices with low fees.
The process of betting can actually be confusing, so I like sportsbooks that make all types of bets in all sports as simple as possible. That means clear odds and winnings listed in each slip for everything from moneylines to parlays. I also like easy conversions between decimal, fractional, and moneyline odds.
Customers of UFL betting sites want the assurance that any questions they have can be answered clearly, accurately, and promptly. I like sites that take you beyond chatbots and to real people who can offer solutions with common sense as well as rules. A phone number is a plus.
The league was formed as a merger between the USFL and the XFL, so the two four-team divisions are named for those predecessors. The season begins in March and ends with a championship in June. Each team plays 10 regular-season games on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and there are playoff semi-finals and a championship.
The UFL is like college football and the NFL in terms of numbers of players, field size, and many other rules. But there are some rule differences, a few that may affect how you approach betting.
Another noticeable rule difference from the NFL is that pass interference is a 15-yard penalty from the line of scrimmage, rather than marking at the point of infraction.
It’s a fun TV watch because coaches and players are often “miced-up,” and some players are equipped with a POV camera to let viewers see what players see. The play clock in the UFL is 35 seconds, 5 shorter than the NFL, and the first down measurements are done via electronic automation.
UFL Key Events for BettorsThe UFL is growing. An expansion and realignment were expected to be announced sometime in the summer of 2025. So key dates may change, but here are approximate dates to look for:
The UFL draft of players not picked up by the NFL was changed from July to allow teams more time to grab players dropped from early NFL rosters. The NFL and CFL draft in April, so the UFL gets the rest when other pro rosters are decided.
The specific date is not set in stone, either. With an expansion, Opening Day could start as early as February, right after the Super Bowl. For now, late March is the target calendar window.
The UFL sets the first week in June to begin their four-team playoff. The championship game is usually in mid-to-late June.
If you’re unfamiliar with the UFL, the best tip is to watch a couple of games and read up on the teams and players. Here are some more detailed tips:
Know Personnel – On the downside, UFL players don’t get as much exposure as NFL players or college stars. On the upside, this is a compact 8- or 10-team league; you don’t have to spend hours assessing talent, injuries, and coaches.
Watch Games – UFL games get decent TV play – two to three games on air each week. Over three weeks or so, you can get a look at much of the league. The top teams get more attention, so you’ll get to know them well. Plus, all the mics and cameras they use make UFL games fun to watch.
Explore Resources – There’s a whole UFL community online, so you’ll be surprised at how much info you can gather on the league. Sites like Covers.com provide analysis and UFL best bets regularly. But you can also go to the UFL News Hub for breaking stuff, and the league’s official site (theufl.com) is more than just promotion.
Read Up on Rules – The UFL is innovative enough to change rules regularly. It may not make a big difference in wagering, but things like the extra-point rules may mean a difference between winning and covering.
Shop Lines – All sportsbooks put up UFL odds, but some may not deploy their best analysts for UFL games, and that may expose some valuable discrepancies. Have at least three go-to books in mind on game day, and shop for bargains.
Gambling is fun, and you can keep it that way by doing it right. Stay out of the trouble that wagering can cause by maintaining responsible gambling habits. Read our guide to responsible gambling and consult sites like these:
If you really like football betting, the UFL fills that calendar gap between the Super Bowl and the Canadian Football League. UFL betting can be a real challenge, even for seasoned bettors.
It’s a small league with a lot of unknown players, so if you keep up with the season and find the right UFL betting sites, you can be in the game.
