NFL Week 12 Predictions 2025

Keep reading for a closer look at my favorite NFL predictions for Week 12.

Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Chicago Bears -2.5 (-110)

TeamPoint SpreadMoneylineTotal
Pittsburgh Steelers+2.5 (-110)+120Over 45.0 (-110)
Chicago Bears-2.5 (-110)-140Under 45.0 (-110)

The top teams in the AFC and NFC North divisions square off this week in Chicago. Pittsburgh (6-4) is coming off a much-needed win over the Bengals. The Bears (7-3) also took down a division rival last week, beating the Vikings with a walk-off field goal.

Chicago is a 2.5-point home favorite this week. The odds could shift more in the Bears’ favor if Aaron Rodgers does not suit up this weekend for Pittsburgh.

Rodgers fractured his left wrist in last week’s win and missed the entire second half. If Rodgers cannot go, Mason Rudolph will be under center for the Steelers. Rudolph went 12/16 for 127 yards and one TD in relief last week.

The Bears’ defense is much better than Cincinnati’s, and their offense can be explosive at times. Pittsburgh’s defense has struggled this year, especially on the road, giving up the fifth-most YPG (368.1) this season. The Steelers will struggle to contain Chicago this week, and, with or without Rodgers, Pittsburgh will fall to 2-3 on the road this season.

  • Prediction: Bears -2.5 -110

Indianapolis Colts vs. Kansas City Chiefs -3.5 (+105)

TeamPoint SpreadMoneylineTotal
Indianapolis Colts+3.5 (-125)+152Over 49.5 (-110)
Kansas City Chiefs-3.5 (+105)-173Under 49.5 (-110)

In one of the most important games of the weekend, the Colts (8-2) head to Kansas City to take on the Chiefs (5-5). Indianapolis had a timely bye last week, giving the Colts time to recover from their trip to Berlin in Week 10.

KC, on the other hand, has dropped back-to-back games and is currently out of the AFC playoff picture.

Despite their record, the Chiefs are 3.5-point favorites this weekend. Indy is a +152 moneyline underdog on the road.

Both of the Colts’ losses this season have come on the road. Also, prior to their bye, Daniel Jones’s turnover issues were beginning to rear their ugly head.

Kansas City is only .500 on the season, but they have a +73 point differential, one of the highest in the league. The Chiefs’ defense, which allows under 300 YPG, will sell out to stop Jonathan Taylor and force Jones to beat them. A desperate Chiefs team will avoid its third straight loss with a crucial win this season.

  • Prediction: Chiefs -173

Cleveland Browns vs. Las Vegas Raiders -4.0 (-107)

TeamPoint SpreadMoneylineTotal
Cleveland Browns+4.0 (-113)+177Over 36.0 (-110)
Las Vegas Raiders-4.0 (-107)-205Under 36.0 (-110)

Two of the worst teams in the NFL square off in Las Vegas this weekend. The Browns (2-8) take on the Raiders (2-8) in a game that can shake up the top of the 2026 Draft.

Despite their records, this matchup between the Browns and the Raiders is full of exciting betting opportunities. Top rookie running backs Ashton Jeanty and Quinshon Judkins square off, as do Myles Garrett and Maxx Crosby, two of the best pass rushers in the NFL.

Cleveland is 0-5 on the road despite having one of the best defensive lines in the league. Las Vegas, which is 1-4 at home, is laying 4.0 points as the favorite this weekend.

The Browns will be starting rookie Shedeur Sanders for the first time this season. Sanders was forced into action last week after Dillon Gabriel suffered a concussion.

With Sanders under center, the Browns will need to commit hard to their running game. The good news is that the Raiders allow opponents over 100 rushing YPG. Running the ball will minimize the pressure on Sanders and limit the impact of the Raiders’ DE Maxx Crosby on the game.

Cleveland’s defense, which has 32 sacks this season, should have a field day against Las Vegas, which has allowed Geno Smith to be sacked over 30 times this year.

  • Prediction: Browns +177

Philadelphia Eagles -3.5 (+104) vs. Dallas Cowboys

TeamPoint SpreadMoneylineTotal
Philadelphia Eagles-3.5 (+104)-170Over 47.5 (-110)
Dallas Cowboys+3.5 (-124)+149Under 47.5 (-110)

This week’s rematch between the Eagles (8-2) and the Cowboys (4-5-1) is another must-see game in Week 12. Philly can move one step closer to earning the number one seed with a win. Dallas, on the other hand, can dethrone their rival and improve to .500 on the season.

The Cowboys have averaged 37.75 PPG in their home games but are just 2-1-1 at Jerry World. Despite their high-scoring offense, Dallas’s struggles on defense are a big reason the Cowboys are 3.5-point underdogs against the visiting Eagles.

Philadelphia’s defense also had a rough start to the season, but the Eagles quickly turned it around. Philly has allowed 14.5 PPG during their four-game winning streak.

Unfortunately, the Eagles’ offense has taken a turn for the worse. If Philly’s struggles in the passing game continue, they could be in trouble early in this divisional game. With that in mind, I think the Cowboys can cover +3.5 as home underdogs this week.

  • Prediction: Cowboys +3.5 -124

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Los Angeles Rams -6.5 (-115)

TeamPoint SpreadMoneylineTotal
Tampa Bay Buccaneers+6.5 (-105)+260Over 49.5 (-110)
Los Angeles Rams-6.5 (-115)-320Under 49.5 (-110)

This week’s Sunday Night Football matchup pits the NFC South-leading Buccaneers (6-4) against the NFC West-leading Rams (8-2). Tampa Bay has lost three of its last four, including back-to-back games to the Patriots and the Bills.

Los Angeles, conversely, has won five straight games and is 4-1 at home this season. With that in mind, it is not surprising that the Rams are 6.5-point favorites at home on SNF this weekend.

The Rams have a +100 point differential, the second-best in the conference. A big part of that differential is that LA has only allowed 172 points, the second-fewest in the NFL.  Tampa Bay, for reference, has a +2 point differential so far this season.

Baker Mayfield and the Bucs’ offense have struggled through injuries this season. They could be healthier this week with Chris Godwin and Bucky Irving potentially returning to the lineup. Godwin and Irving will not power the Bucs to a win, but they can help Tampa Bay cover the spread in prime time.

  • Prediction: Buccaneers +6.5 -105
