NFL Week 16 Predictions 2025

The top NFL betting sites are offering exciting markets for my top games in Week 16. Let’s take a closer look at my best NFL predictions for Week 16.

Green Bay Packers -1.0 (-105) vs. Chicago Bears

TeamPoint SpreadMoneylineTotal
Green Bay Packers-1.0 (-105)-113Over 46.5 (-115)
Chicago Bears+1.0 (-115)-107Under 46.5 (-105)

First place in the NFC North is on the line once again as the Packers head to Soldier Field to take on the Bears. Green Bay beat the Bears in Week 14 to claim the top spot in the division. However, they lost last week, giving the divisional lead back to Chicago.

The Bears dominated the Browns last week, and they are the home team for this NFC North showdown. Green Bay will also be without Micah Parsons, who is out for the year with a torn ACL.

Despite all of that, the Packers are 1-point road favorites this weekend.

Green Bay’s chances to sweep Chicago could hinge on the health of Christian Watson. The speedy receiver helped make the Packers’ offense more explosive, but he injured his shoulder last week in Denver.

A less-than-healthy Watson could derail the Packers’ offense. Chicago has also had time to address the issues that led to their loss two weeks ago. The Bears are a good bet to pull off the upset at home this week.

  • Prediction: Bears -107

Tampa Bay Buccaneers -3.0 (-110) vs. Carolina Panthers

TeamPoint SpreadMoneylineTotal
Tampa Bay Buccaneers-3.0 (-110)-162Over 45.0 (-110)
Carolina Panthers+3.0 (-110)+142Under 45.0 (-110)

First place in the NFC South is also on the line this week as the Panthers (7-7) host the Buccaneers (7-7). This is the first of two matchups between Carolina and Tampa Bay in the final three weeks of the season.

The Bucs started 5-1, but they are 2-6 in their last eight games. Tampa Bay has also lost back-to-back games against divisional opponents. However, Baker Mayfield and company are 3-point road favorites in Charlotte this week.

Carolina is 4-2 at home this season, and their rushing attack has been the key to the Panthers’ success this season. The Bucs allow just over 100 rush YPG, but they will be tested against a Panthers team that averages over 125 YPG on the ground.

Bryce Young has also stepped up when needed against weak secondaries, including throwing three TDs in the team’s upset over the Rams in Carolina’s last home game. Young has another opportunity to shine against Tampa, which gives up 246.9 passing YPG, third-most in the NFL.

  • Prediction: Panthers +3 -110

Los Angeles Chargers vs. Dallas Cowboys -1.0 (-117)

TeamPoint SpreadMoneylineTotal
Los Angeles Chargers+1.0 (-103)+102Over 49.5 (-110)
Dallas Cowboys-1.0 (-117)-112Under 49.5 (-110)

A cross-conference matchup with significant playoff implications takes place this week in Dallas. The Cowboys (6-7-1) are on the verge of being eliminated from the playoffs. Los Angeles (10-4), conversely, needs a win to have any chance of catching Denver for the AFC West title.

Dallas is a 1-point favorite at home this weekend. However, the Cowboys have lost back-to-back games, including a 34-26 loss to Minnesota on Sunday Night Football last week.

LA is 6-1 in its last seven games and has won three straight. The Chargers’ offensive line has struggled with injuries, but their running back room received a major boost with the return of Omarion Hampton.

Dallas allows 374.9 YPG, the fourth-most in the NFL. The Cowboys also give up 30.0 PPG, second-most in the league. Los Angeles has one of the best pass defenses in the league and should hinder the Cowboys’ passing attack enough for the Chargers to win this week.

  • Prediction: Chargers +102

Kansas City Chiefs -3.5 (-102) vs. Tennessee Titans

TeamPoint SpreadMoneylineTotal
Kansas City Chiefs-3.5 (-102)-180Over 37.5 (-110)
Tennessee Titans+3.5 (-118)+157Under 37.5 (-110)

Kansas City was eliminated from the playoffs last week with its loss to the Chargers. Adding to the Chiefs’ misery was Patrick Mahomes’s ACL tear, which will knock the QB out for the remainder of the season.

KC is 1-5 on the road this season and will be starting Gardner Minshew II this week in Tennessee. Even though they have a poor road record and have a backup starting quarterback, the Chiefs are 3.5-point road favorites this week.

The Chiefs have been bad on the road, but Tennessee is the only team in the league without a win at home this season. On the other hand, Tennessee has been more competitive than KC lately.

Tennessee has scored 24+ points in three of its last four games. KC, for comparison, has scored more than 21 points just once in its last six games.

Losing a starter, especially one like Mahomes, is demoralizing for a football team. KC was already struggling with Mahomes, and their issues will be magnified without him. Tennessee should cover, if not win outright, at home this weekend.

  • Prediction: Titans +3.5 -118

New England Patriots vs. Baltimore Ravens -3.0 (-105)

TeamPoint SpreadMoneylineTotal
New England Patriots+3.0 (-115)+135Over 48.0 (-112)
Baltimore Ravens-3.0 (-105)-155Under 48.0 (-108)

Week 16’s Sunday Night Football matchup pits the Patriots (11-3) against the Ravens (7-7) in Baltimore. The Patriots’ 10-game winning streak came to an end last week after they gave up a 24-7 halftime lead.

Baltimore kept its division hopes alive with a 24-0 dominant win over Cincinnati. The Ravens are laying 3 points at home this week in this prime-time game.

Despite their loss last week, the Pats have been a better team than the Ravens this season. Lamar Jackson has also struggled to live up to his MVP resume lately, including completing just eight passes in last week’s win.

Also, the Ravens have not been good at home this season, earning a 3-5 record at M&T Bank Stadium. New England has also struggled at home, but it is also the only undefeated team on the road this year.

The Pats are the league’s best road team, and they will bounce back from last week’s loss with an upset win over the Ravens on SNF.

  • Prediction: Patriots +135
