Odds and Predictions for Survivor, American Idol, and The Voice Finales

Reality TV shows present exciting betting opportunities for their loyal fans every season. With multiple finales around the corner, now is the best time to wager on your favorite contestants from the spring seasons of popular shows.
Keep reading to see the latest odds for Survivor 48, American Idol 23, and The Voice 27. I will break down the current odds for all three shows at top entertainment betting sites and give my predictions for this year’s winners.
Survivor 48 Winner
- Joe Hunter (-200)
- Kyle Fraser (+240)
- Shauhin Davari (+300)
- Eva Erickson (+550)
- Kamilla Karthigesu (+750)
- Mitch Guerra (+1000)
Five castaways are competing for three spots in this season’s finale of Survivor. This season’s Survivor finale airs on May 21st.
Joe Hunter, the figurehead of the “Strong Four” alliance, is the -200 favorite in the latest Survivor 48 odds. The rest of Joe’s alliance, Kyle (+240), Shauhin (+300), and Eva (+550), take up the remaining spots in the top four at Survivor betting sites.
The only contestants left who are not a part of the Strong Four are Kamilla (+750) and Mitch (+1000). Mitch opened as the favorite this season, but he has struggled to build and maintain alliances. Kamilla, conversely, has a secret alliance with Kyle that threatens to derail the Strong Four at any moment.
Joe Hunter (-200)
Joe is the favorite in the latest Survivor 48 betting odds at -200. His alliance has controlled the game this season by dominating immunity challenges and controlling the votes in tribal councils.
The Strong Four have not been shy about their plans, but the other contestants were not able to band together to get any of them out. Even David, who was a member, was voted out by the strong people alliance, not the other players.
Joe has won three of the seven immunity challenges, and his alliance has won six of them. His control of the game gives Joe a great case to present to the final jury if he can make it to the top three.
Eva Erickson (+550)
Eva has the most individual power in the game and is Joe’s number one. However, she has the lowest odds of anyone in the Strong Four to win the Survivor 48 finale at +550.
On paper, Eva is safe until the top four thanks to her two advantages: Safety without Power and her immunity idol. She can also hold her own in challenges and could use her advantages to help Joe make the top four as well.
Eva’s case to the jury should also be compelling, as she is the first openly autistic castaway to compete. Her power in the game and her strong case to win put a big target on her back in the final tribal councils, though.
Survivor 48 Prediction
The current Survivor odds suggest the Strong Four will succeed in winning this season. However, only one person can be named the winner.
My pick from the alliance is Eva, the only player left with a known advantage this season. She has not one but two safety nets that she needs to use in the coming eliminations.
Outside of the alliance, I believe Kamilla (+750) is the best sleeper pick. Her secret alliance with Kyle and Kamilla’s aptitude for puzzles has carried her far this season. Also, she is not viewed as the same level of threat as Mitch.
- Prediction: Eva Erickson +550
American Idol 23 Winner
- Jamal Roberts (-250)
- John Foster (+250)
- Breanna Nix (+380)
The American Idol season 23 finale is also coming up, and the winner will be crowned on May 18th. Only three singers, Jamal Roberts, John Foster, and Breanna Nix, remain this season.
Over the two-episode Disney Night semifinals, Gabby Samone and Slater Nalley, the favorite and former favorite, respectively, were both eliminated. With Samone and Nalley gone, Roberts (-250) has assumed the role as the odds-on favorite. Foster has the next-best odds at +250, and Nix has the longest odds at BetOnline at +380.
Jamal Roberts (-250)
Heading into the top seven, Jamal Roberts was listed at +800 odds to win this season at the best reality TV sportsbooks. However, with favorites like Samone and Nalley going home, Roberts has rocketed to the top of the latest American Idol odds boards.
Roberts’ show-stopping performances and his versatility have carried him through this season. If he rises to the occasion again in the finale, no one will keep Roberts from claiming the title of American Idol.
Breanna Nix (+380)
Breanna Nix auditioned with Carrie Underwood’s “Jesus, Take the Wheel.” The decision was a risky one, as Underwood is one of the judges this season. However, the move paid off, and Nix is now in the finale.
Nix has shown is not just a country singer, taking on a range of songs including Adele’s “Water Under the Bridge”, the gospel hit “Tell Your Heart to Beat Again”, and Journey’s “Open Arms.” Branching out from the country genre has helped her outlast multiple favorites this season.
American Idol Season 23 Prediction
Roberts, Foster, and Nix all earned their spots in the season 23 finale of American Idol, but only one will win. The current favorite, and my pick to win this season, is Jamal Roberts (-250).
Throughout this season, Roberts has proven he has everything an American Idol winner needs. He is a versatile artist who knows how to put on a show each and every week. Robert’s vocal talent and his showmanship will carry him to victory this season.
- Prediction: Jamal Roberts -250
The Voice 27 Winner
- Lucia Flores-Wiseman (-200)
- RENZO (+350)
- Jadyn Cree (+550)
- Adam David (+800)
- Jaelen Johnston (+850)
The Voice season 27 finale is also on the horizon, and only the final five singers remain. Team Adam’s Lucia Flores-Wiseman is the -200 favorite at The Voice betting sites to take home first place this season.
RENZO from Team Legend has the second-best odds at +350. Team Bublé teammates Jadyn Cree and Adam David have the next-best odds at +550 and +800, respectively. Jaelen Johnston from Team Kelsea has the longest odds at +850.
Lucia Flores-Wiseman (-200)
Adam Levine’s return to The Voice after 10 seasons is favored to end with another trophy. Levine’s artists have been crowded near the top of the odds boards all season. Lucia Flores-Wiseman, the only remaining contestant on Team Adam, is listed at -200 to win.
Flores-Wiseman has had to compete head-to-head with a stacked team this season that included multiple betting and fan favorites, such as Britton Moore and Ethan Eckenroad.
She is battle-tested, and her Amy Winehouse-esque raspy voice has helped set her apart from the other contestants. However, Flores-Wiseman’s song choices, such as Soundgarden’s “Black Hole Sun,” have left something to be desired this season and could derail her in the finale.
Jadyn Cree (+550)
RENZO has the second-best odds to win The Voice season 27, but I think Jadyn Cree (+550) is the better underdog bet. Cree’s soft voice helps her stand out from the pack, and her song choices have been packed with nostalgia. She is a member of Team Bublé, the only team with two artists in the finale.
Bublé also had two artists, Shye and Sofronio Vasquez, in the finale of his debut season last year. Sofronio won, and Shye finished second. I think Bublé will repeat as the winner this year, and Cree is his best shot to win.
Many recent winners, including Sofronio, Asher HaVon, and Huntley, have blown away the competition with powerful singing voices. Cree must take a different approach as her voice is much softer.
The Voice Season 27 Prediction
Lucia Flores-Wiseman is a -200 favorite to win The Voice, but I think fans are in store for an upset in the finale. I thought Flores-Wiseman was going home in the Battles and am surprised she has lasted this long.
Jadyn Cree is the better bet at +550. The Team Bublé singer is a Voice legacy as her father, Bryan Olesen, finished third in season 25.
Cree does not have the most powerful voice in the world. However, the rock singer has been on pitch all season and knows exactly which notes to punch up and which to keep soft. A win this year would make Cree the first female winner since season 23’s Gina Miles.
- Prediction: Jadyn Cree +550
