Carolina Panthers vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers -2.5 (-124)

TeamPoint SpreadMoneylineTotal
Carolina Panthers+2.5 (+104)+130Over 44.0 (-107)
Tampa Bay Buccaneers-2.5 (-124)-150Under 44.0 (-113)

The Panthers and Buccaneers will face off for the second time in the last three weeks. This time around, the NFC South title is on the line.

Carolina faces a classic win-and-in situation. Tampa Bay, on the other hand, must win and have the Falcons lose to secure the divisional title. If Atlanta wins, then the Panthers will win the NFC South.

Baker Mayfield and the Bucs are 2.5-point home favorites in this matchup. They were favored in Week 16, too, but lost 23-20 on the road in Charlotte.

Bryce Young had two clutch passing TDs to lead the Panthers to the upset win. The Bucs have one of the worst passing defenses in the league, allowing 236.4 passing YPG and giving up 28 passing TDs. If Young can repeat his performance from Week 16, he will lead Carolina to another upset win over the Bucs this week.

  • Prediction: Panthers +130

Seattle Seahawks -1.5 (-110) vs. San Francisco 49ers

TeamPoint SpreadMoneylineTotal
Seattle Seahawks-1.5 (-110)-125Over 47.0 (-112)
San Francisco 49ers+1.5 (-110)+105Under 47.0 (-108)

Seattle and San Francisco will also square off this week with a division title on the line. The winner of this game will clinch the NFC West and secure the number one overall seed in the conference.

The 49ers are at home, and they beat the Seahawks in Seattle to open the season. Despite that, San Fran is a 1.5-point underdog on Saturday.

Seattle has one of the league’s best offenses, racking up over 350 YPG this season. Their 29.4 PPG is second only to the Rams (30.1) this season. The Seahawks defense has also been excellent, allowing fewer than 293 total YPG and holding opponents to 18.2 PPG, the second-fewest in the NFL.

San Fran’s injury-riddled defense has not been nearly as stout, allowing nearly 340 YPG. Their offense has also been one-dimensional at times, running through Christian McCaffrey more often than not.

Seattle is better on both sides of the ball. Assuming the moment is not too big for Sam Darnold, the Seahawks will win and clinch the division.

  • Prediction: Seahawks -1.5 -110

Tennessee Titans vs. Jacksonville Jaguars -13.0 (-108)

TeamPoint SpreadMoneylineTotal
Tennessee Titans+13.0 (-112)+534Over 47.5 (-115)
Jacksonville Jaguars-13.0 (-108)-750Under 47.5 (-105)

Jacksonville is one win away from ending the Texans’ reign atop the AFC South. If the Jaguars win this week, they will clinch the South and home-field advantage in the Wild Card round.

The good news for Jags fans is that Jacksonville faces Tennessee (3-13) this week. Jacksonville beat the Titans 25-3 in their Week 13 matchup.

With that in mind, it is no surprise that the Jaguars are laying 13.0 points as a home favorite in the rematch this weekend.

The Titans have been one of the worst teams in the league this season, ranking near the bottom in every offensive and defensive category. However, Tennessee has been more competitive lately, winning two of its last four games.

Jacksonville has been rolling lately, and they have major playoff aspirations. It is easy to overlook a 3-13 team, creating a classic trap game situation for the Jaguars this week. Jacksonville should win, but Tennessee will keep the game within 13.0 points.

  • Prediction: Titans +13 -112

Los Angeles Chargers vs. Denver Broncos -12.5 (-110)

TeamPoint SpreadMoneylineTotal
Los Angeles Chargers+12.5 (-110)+561Over 37.5 (-110)
Denver Broncos-12.5 (-110)-800Under 37.5 (-110)

Denver is also a heavy favorite this weekend, laying 12.5 points against the visiting Chargers. Los Angeles has won three straight games against Denver. However, the Chargers announced earlier this week that Justin Herbert will not play this week.

Even before the announcement, the Chargers were a touchdown underdog. The Broncos have one of the best defenses in the league, including the most sacks (64) in the NFL.

Denver has a lot to play for this week, too. If the Broncos win, they clinch the top seed in the AFC and guarantee themselves a bye in the first round. It would also give Denver home-field advantage throughout the playoffs, and Mile High is one of the league’s toughest places to play.

With so much on the line against a backup QB, the Broncos should roll to an easy win in this game. Denver covers and builds momentum before the playoffs.

  • Prediction: Broncos -12.5 -110

Baltimore Ravens -3.5 (-102) vs. Pittsburgh Steelers

TeamPoint SpreadMoneylineTotal
Baltimore Ravens-3.5 (-102)-190Over 40.5 (-115)
Pittsburgh Steelers+3.5 (-118)+165Under 40.5 (-105)

Rounding out my NFL predictions for Week 18 is, fittingly, the regular season finale. Baltimore and Pittsburgh face off on Sunday Night Football in the final game of the regular season. The Steelers could have locked up the division last week, but they came up short, losing 13-6 against Cleveland.

Now, the Ravens and the Steelers will face off for the AFC North title. The loser will be out of the playoffs, and the losing coach could be out of a job.

Baltimore lost to Pittsburgh in Week 14, but the Ravens are 3.5-point road favorites this time around. The line for this game has shifted more in the Ravens’ favor as it has become increasingly likely that Lamar Jackson will return this week.

Even without Jackson, the Ravens would rightfully be favored in this game. Pittsburgh’s offense is without three of its top five receiving options, including DK Metcalf (SUS) and Darnell Washington (broken arm).

The Steelers could not move the ball last week, and it should be much of the same this week. Baltimore, conversely, has leaned heavily on Derrick Henry. Baltimore will win after another huge performance from King Henry.

  • Prediction: Ravens -190
